If you have difficulty knowing how to express your gratitude, or when to do it, this journal may offer you guidance. It helps you begin to notice the different elements of your life and provides hints and tips on how to discover all you have, for which to be grateful.
Much of the research on successful journalling shows that writing by hand is more powerful and creates more profound results than writing on your laptop. But I'll leave that up to you. You know what works for you.
